Sneak Peaks Day 3: Inside & Out Happy!

Hi all and welcome to day three of Flourishes' Sneak Peeks for October! Today's peek set is all about those happy occasions in your life and making sure to celebrate them! And, what better way to celebrate than to have one set that can be mixed and matched, inside and out to honor a bevy of different festivities!

Give the inside and outside of your cards a bit of pizzazz with these mix and match sentiments for all occasions with our new set Inside and Out Happy! by Becky Fleck. Words are designed to be used together or apart on the inside or outside of your creations! This set measures 4" by 3". Talk about an action packed pint sized set!

On to my creation! Because this set is a sentiment set, I just had to reach for one of my oldie but goodie favorites from Flourishes to pair with this set! And... I reached for the Gerber Daisies set!

This card is pretty easy peasy because with a larger sentiment,I decided that an image cut out would be and should be the focal point of the card. I used the Gerber Daisies Silhouette Cut File, stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, and then colored up the image with Copic Markers (see the supplies below for the colors that I used!). The paper is all from the Authentique Loyal paper pack. I honestly love grabbing a paper pack and having everything I need... right there! After I was done coloring the daisies up, I did add some razzle dazzle with the help of some glitter glue.

And... here's a peek at the sentiment! Because of the mix and match uses of this set, I inked the Happy up with Memento Nautical Blue ink and then inked up the second part -- Birthday -- in black to help it all stand out a bit. See? I also used the Sky Blue Ribbon from the Color Made Easy Collection. It's a perfect match to this paper!
