Hi
all! If you missed yesterday, you should know -- this week is full of fun here at Out to Impress! With CHA just around the corner, the Impression Obsession design team is going to take some time this week to show off some of IO's new images ripe for spring!
On to my creation!
Here's a close up so that you can see these lovely daisies!
And... here's the sentiment! I loved how it fit perfectly on this little punched tab!
And that, my friends, is it! Want to see some of the other new IO images for spring? Hop on over to see these ladies below and just know -- all the fun starts over on the Impression Obsession blog!
On to my creation!
When I see daisies, I have no idea why, but I always think fresh colors and gingham! So, I kind of overloaded on fresh colors and... gingham! :-) I stamped my image using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then, grabbed my Copic markers to color up the Double Daisies Large. (I used YG21, YG23, YG35, YG38, BG0000, YG21, YG23, YG25, R20 and R0000) The sentiment is actually an oldie but goodie called Happy Birthday. It actually reads Happy Birthday to You but I only inked up the Happy Birthday portion so that it would fit on the little punched tab. Add some white ribbon, gingham ruffle, some stitching, a button and twine and... ta da! Done!
And... here's the sentiment! I loved how it fit perfectly on this little punched tab!
