It's PURRRRRFECT!

Hi all! Time for another PageMaps Monday and this one -- is PURRRRRRFECT! ;-) You'll see what I mean in just a minute here! The sketch that I am sharing today was an easy one because it was one of the sketches I used to unveil the latest round of CardMaps over on the PageMaps site!

Wanna see?

And here's a peek at my card!

I recently got my hands on some Paper Smooches stamps and this was one of the sets! This one is called Chubby Chums and comes with ALL KINDS of adorable animals!!!

See?

My mom and I make cards for the kids at Children's Hospital of Michigan as a part of her Cards 4 Kids program and I just knew this little guy would draw some smiles! All of the paper is from the Echo Park Fall Reflections Paper pad. Instead of using rectangles like the sketch, I chose to keep it circular because by kitty was, well, a little bit round! I stamped her with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and then colored her up with Copic markers. I used YR21, YR23, YR04, YR07, YR18. I added some rosy cheeks thanks to R30 and the little lady's eyes were colored with YG05 and accented with my white Molotow Paint Pen. I also dotted on some Copic Blender to give my kitty some "spots." Cut her out, pop her up with foam tape and the rest is pretty self explanatory!

Here's a close up for you! LOVE this little lady!

And that, my friends is it! Want some more inspiration? It's only a click away at Pagemaps.com with hundreds of CardMaps sketches!

See you back here soon!

That kitty is too cute and works great with the sketch, which I also love. Very creative. All these critters are adorable and will make super cards for the kids.
