Because my mom's drive is underway to gather Valentines for the kiddos at Children's Hospital of Michigan, I thought -- 'Oh, these would make cute cards!' I think the teens would love them! And.... so I bought them and let the fun begin! When I got home, I even realized that I had some fun paper in my decorative paper bin that matched!
Card #1:
This card above was accented with the help of the Spellbinder's Heart and Scalloped Heart Nestabilities. I added some stitching around the edge and the sticker in the center of the heart came just as is! Love that! The sentiment is from the So In Love set from Our Craft Lounge! The button was a part of the sticker set -- gotta love that!
Card #2
The card above is simply decorative paper, a fun bit of ribbon, a scalloped edge and one of the stickers! How easy is that?Card #3
The last card for today was also created thanks to the Hearts and Scalloped Hearts Nestabilities by Spellbinders. I added some decorative paper and a strip of paper for my sentiment, which is also from the So In Love set. The sticker on this page is just the little floral heart with some bling. Isn't that cute? I should say the brand of stickers is the Michaels Reflections brand. Love the fun colors and dimension on these cuties!
That's it for today my friends! If you'd like to know more about my mom's card drive you can click HERE to travel to her blog! She's got a post at the top of her blog that explains the drive and how you can get involved! She needs at least 1,000 Valentines for the kiddos to share so... she's got her work cut out for her! ;-)
Thanks for stopping by!
