So, first up is a sketch challenge! Here's a peek!

Ok, moving on! Want to see what I came up with?
I picked up the Christmas Tea set for this one. What's funny is --I actually picked some fun ribbon, grabbed some bling, and then I went through my decorative Christmas paper scraps, mixed and matched and put together this card before I even stamped my image! I can't tell you how much time that saved! This card was a 15-minute creation -- just because I followed the recipe, didn't overthink it, taped it together and THEN tried to figure what image might work in the circle. It was fun to -- in essence -- make my card backwards! :-)
Here's a close up of the cute litte tea cup -- I used BG11 to create a shadow, BG000, G42, G86, R46 in Copic Markers to color this up. I added some silver dots to my cup and then some Stickles to the steam for some glitz.
I loved this challenge. I don't do enough sketch challenges but gosh -- it sure makes it easy! I think I need to do more! Hope you had fun hanging out and sharing in a little Christmas spirit really, really early!! Hope you make time to play!

Oh so Christmassy Julie! Great papers! I almost picked up this set too.
That's a must steal card with a great layout and great use for the Christmas tea cup set. Love it. Mom
Here I thought you had snow when I read the title. LOL Keep stamping & sharing...I got bucked off a week ago & broke my left ankle (3 pins & wire) and right wrist so lots of drugs & can't stamp, 1 handed typing .....I'm bored!
Beautiful card Julie!!! Love the papers and that little tea cup is too cute!!
I can't think of Christmas right now,we just got rid of the white stuff!
This is just stunning Julie!!! I love your papers and now I want to have a cup of Apple Cider!
I love making the layout first. It really works for me, but I don't do it often enough. Really need to get into that groove. Your card is so darn cute, and I love your choice of image for it. It's a great sketch. Got to get one of these done before the month is over!
