Moving on to my creation.... I guess you could say I picked an oldie-but-goody stamp! This stamp is called Going Home and it was just too fun to color!
After stamping in Memento Tuxedo Black on white card stock, I picked up my Copics to color this and used Y21, Y23, YR04, E25, E33, Y35, Y38, E08, YG03, YG00, B0000, R49, R35, W05, and W00. After I colored it up, I did a little paper piercing, added some flat backed faux nail heads, some brown ribbon and then matted it up on some Kraft paper that was decked out with the Cover-A-Card Wood Grain background stamp. The sentiment is from the Word Frames set. And... done!
Here's a close up...
So, I hope you make time to pay! If you need a little extra inspiration, be sure to hop on over to see what the rest of the IO DT whipped up!

I can honestly say, I cannot believe it's Thursday. Where does the week go? This weekend will be full of 8th grade football and hopefully good weather to watch my dd on the offensive and defensive line. It's funny, I really need a "Football for Dummies" book! I'm kind of learning the rules as I go! :-)
Hope you have fun weekend plans! I'll see you back here soon!

Oh Julie this is a beauty...such gorgeous coloring, and what a pretty scene!
Have fun on the football sidelines...I really think they might even make a book like that! LOL!
Wow, Julie, outstanding!!! Love the beauty and the warmth!
So pretty, I love your card...
What a beauty, Julie! If this doesn't scream "autumn," I don't know what does!!
Beautiful card and your coloring is wonderful.
Lovely card; the woodgrain background is so PERFECT for the image too!
Gorgeous coloring and card! That woodgrain is super cool. I have new stampS ;) that I need to see about inking up, but I am too busy doing things like painting and hanging drapes. I think tomorrow I may see if Jeff will let me help him with a little tile project. Depends on if he's over having to sand the drips I left up near the ceiling in the bathroom - - my Dad never let me near a roller... Hey, when did "dd" start playing 8th grade football??
Love the "Going Home" stamp and your coloring is awesome!!
