Friends Forever....

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

Probably shouldn't start out the year with a CASE! BUT, I am really starting to get into the challenges over at Splitcoast. I am a complete newbie to them. I have no idea why! I have been missing out! Anywho, I decided to try to CASE one of Danielle's cards. While it might sound easy to CASE, I never buy new things for these challenges and so, at the very least, it is forcing me to use that paper that I have had forever or try that embellishment that I haven't used yet. So, it's all good. Right?

Anywho, HERE is Danielle's card.

Fun stuff!

I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and have a lot of excitement for what 2008 can bring! I'm feeling a really good vibe already! :-)

Wow you were up early... Actually I was up around 7:30 am and that is sleeping in for me..
Love the card that you did for the CASE at Splitcoast. I have always wanted to start doing some of their challenges but just never find the time. Resolution :) make the time !!
Have a great day.

The card is beautiful. You are up early and so creative too!! By the way what do you do with all of the cards that you create? Do you give the away or do you just file them away for future use or do you sell them?? Inquiring minds want to know.

Hey Chris! Happy New Year. I told Janine, my clock was off! My blog was on Pacific time! 8:00 is still kind of early... but not as early as 7:00! Anyway, in answer to your question, I give away a lot of cards. I send them.. just because. Recently I gave a couple dozen to a friend who sends them off to soldiers. I plan to try to submit some for pub this year. I figure - better to send and share than sit in my craft room! Right??!??

Love the card, love the colors! To Chris -- I used to be a regular participants in Julie's classes when I lived in Billings (GREAT classes!). She would have a drawing of tickets to give us a chance to win one of her cards, and humble person she is, she would blush and complain when I asked her to sign her cards. :) I treasure them. They will never be given away!

Happy New Year everyone!
