Well, with CHA in full swing, I thought I'd show off some more of the goodies that will soon be available over at Impression Obsession. In fact, this card here is sitting in the IO booth as we speak! Isn't it funny how my cards get to travel the world but... not me! Oh well... maybe someday!
This cutie patootie is part of both a clear set and also available on rubber and is designed by one of IO's newest illustrators - Sarah Phelps. She really pulled out all the stops for the holidays and has created some darling images featuring whimsical witches, ghosts, snowmen, reindeer and this jolly man-- Santa!
The mechanics of my card are rather simple. I stamped my Santa with permanent black ink and colored him up with Copic markers in shades of green and red. Add some fun decorative paper (SU), a little mini sentiment, a decorative punch border and some great ribbon and... almost done! Because I wanted to add a bit of glitz for a true holiday flair, I did go over some of the parts with some Copic Spica glitter pens.
See?Just an FYI... I'm told these stamps will be up in the store August 1st! Thanks for stopping by! I'll be back tomorrow with a double dose of challenges. One that is full of fun - the other has a prize on the line - so you won't want to miss out!
See you then!

Whadya' mean? You got to go to Amish-land... isn't that like traveling the country? There were road apples, and Abners, and everything! LOL CUTE card, Julie! LOVE that gingham ribbon!
I'm with Mom ... wondering what happened to ya! LOL!! Glad you are enjoying your family ... yes, that's the way it's supposed to be.
Thanks though for sharing this coloring creation with us. Love your layout and what can I say about that awesome ribbon but WOW THAT GORGEOUS ... love how you used the button & tag ... awesome!!
Adorable card, Julie! My LSS owner emailed me from Orlando yesterday and said she was seeing cute things at the IO booth! Glad you're enjoying your summer!
That is a cutie patootie Christmas card. Love it all Mom
Mom has a point, especially since she's been posting way more than you lately. This is SO good that I didn't realize it was colored by you. I thought it was hijacked from an old Hallmark card or something. Glad to read you're busy with the real life stuff and not just your box on the desk friends and their addictions to seeing new cards glittered by you.
It HAS been a crazy busy summer for so many us lately-I hear ya loud and clear! This is very cute! I love that gingham ribbon!!
Sounds like you are busy but having FUN.
